The service tech. was great, cleaned out my toilet and now it works great.
We called and explained our washer drain problem. Chris had a look and tried to clear the drain with his smallest snake. The end of the snake was too rigid to pass through the drian trap, so he could not get it cleared. He gave us a quote to cut into the drywall and replace the old iron trap. Another plumber with a smaller snake-head was able to clear the trap. This is the second time Chris has been to our home. Thank you.
Great Job
Today, I had the best plumber come to my home. Kenney was a very personable gentleman and explained exactly what happened to cause my clog in the shower and exactly how he was going to fix it. He cleaned up very well and the price was reasonable. Thank you Kenney!

James was awesome! He went above and beyond. The swamp under my house didn't slow him down a bit! He called in a restoration company to pump it out but attended to the broken pipe before they were done. The restoration co. kinda dropped the ball and didn't put fans up after they finished pumping for 24 hours but he went under the house anyway and did repair so I wouldn't have to do without water for another day! He was polite and friendly, clean and professional. He knew what he was doing and want straight to work. James is my hero!
