We just replaced our 22+ year old water heater. Saddleback Plumbing, Heating and Air did a great job installing the new water heater. The job was neat and tidy. Our installer was very professional. The rating was not excellent mainly due to the cost - a little higher. We feel that you get what you pay for. We are very happy with the installation.

I have to write and say how much we appreciate the quality service provided by Saddleback Plumbing & Heating, from the gracious Kim who answers the phone, to the excellent and compassionate technicians. Kim has never failed to respond immediately, whether it's an emergency situation or just a request for service. The technicians always arrive on time (and smell good!) and do everything in their power to resolve the problem in the least expensive and most efficient manner. It's such a good feeling to know that Saddleback Plumbing is just a phone call away. Thank you to all of the staff for being so caring and responsive. We love you guys!
