James was awesome! He went above and beyond. The swamp under my house didn't slow him down a bit! He called in a restoration company to pump it out but attended to the broken pipe before they were done. The restoration co. kinda dropped the ball and didn't put fans up after they finished pumping for 24 hours but he went under the house anyway and did repair so I wouldn't have to do without water for another day! He was polite and friendly, clean and professional. He knew what he was doing and want straight to work. James is my hero!
