Once again, the service tech exceeded our expectations. ( our usual service tech couldn't make the scheduled time due to unforeseen problems at an earlier appointment so we were concerned about the substitution.)

How great was your service!! My thermostat suddenly stopped working and your technician came out within a few hours to check it out. The problem turned out to be two dead AA batteries. He replaced the batteries and all was well. I couldn't be more pleased with your service!!
