Needed two toilets fixed. It was not fixed correctly the first time. I called and customer service had the next available service appointment for me and they fixed it with out any charges. This is why I keep coming back, they will come back to get the job right.

Our service tech was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. His recommendation of a wall repair specialist was outstanding. Our "slab leak" turned out not to be as bad as we as it first started out. Thanks for the repairs.
